About the Society
A licensed cooperative shaping a new standard for community gold mining.
Axim-Agona Responsible Cooperative Mining is incorporated as Axim-Agona Community Mining Limited under Paragraph 5(1) of the Co-Operative Societies Decree No: 252 of 1968. Headquartered in Axim-Agona, Nzema East Metropolitan Assembly, we operate three active sites across three major gold stone layers — combining proven Ghanaian methods with modern mechanized best practice.

We operate one primary small-scale underground site and two Ghatto underground sites — exploiting three major gold stone layers using a properly organized galamsey model. Every site combines indigenous knowledge with modern mechanization, safety engineering, and full environmental controls.
